urgently looking for a LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER to join my International client in MIDRAND. I am looking for an Admitted Attorney, with a post graduate qualification, who has at least 3yrs management experience and knowledge of the legislative landscape in SA. You will need to have exposure to various aspects of Law, and have Corporate Law experience in a big law firm, and/or big corporate company. The ideal candidate would come from a mining or similar environment. Your scope of work would be to provide effective, efficient management and leadership of the Legal and Compliance department. You will provide advisory services, be the company secretariat and support all the groups legal and compliance matters. The CTC on offer is up to R1,5m PA - based on experience.
