MISSION: You are positioned in Ethiopia, in Addis Ababa, within our local CMA CGM Ethiopia. As a stakeholder in a newly created structure, in full development and with regional responsibility (Horn of Africa), you have the responsibility to support the developments initiated by the group on a number of new activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: In collaboration with the Agency Manager, local sales teams and relevant headquarters departments, you participate in the development of the following activities: • Intermodal: The ability to implement combined sea and land transport solutions is a priority for the group. In a market without access to the sea, the development of "corridor" activities is at the heart of the strategy of our new entity • Commercial coordination of major textile accounts (industrial parks): Ethiopia is gradually becoming a major player in textile production, a sector that is particularly sensitive to logistics issues. Business development, monitoring key accounts of the sector, deployment of integrated offers will be at the heart of your mission • Value Added Services: the group is developing a new range of services (asset coverage, partner matching, trade finance ...) aimed at bringing more value to service offerings to our customers. Actively develop these complementary products is a priority • Cross selling: The group wants to develop its contract logistics activities. You will be in charge of thinking and implementing, with the management of the agency, the strategy of marketing and promotion of this service offer and its deployment. On each of your assignments, you will be in charge of setting up the appropriate reporting tools to report progress and performance to the management of the agency and headquarters.
