SCOPE OF THE SERVICE The AUC seeks to purchase six (6) eLearning courses from external service providers. The purchased eLearning courses will be hosted on the AU’s online learning management system (LMS) –‘AU Learn’. The service provider will also be required to provide free post implementation support for 30 days following the final sign off of the courses. DESCRIPTION OF ELEARNING COURSES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER The service provider will furnish the AU with six (6) compelling and interactive eLearning courses (content), one for each of the below listed topics: •Performance Management •Communication skills •Emotional Intelligence •Time Management •Teamwork TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The eLearning courses provided must meet the technical requirements below to ensure compatibility with AU systems. •Each course should be able to fully integrate with the AU’s LMS, which is Moodle based, and is SCORM 1.2 compatible. •The courses should be fully accessible across various devices (mobile phones, tablets, desktops, etc.) -responsive design. EXPERIENCE OF THE FIRM/SERVICE PROVIDER •It is expected that the firm should have experience in providing online learning courses in low-band width environments and have knowledge of delivering online learning in developing countries, particularly across Africa; •References and examples of past work are required and should be included in the firm’s proposal as indicated in Section 10. SUPPORT •For 30 days following the final sign off, the consultant/firm will be required to provide free full support to the African Union (max 48 hours after written request) in remediation of any issue(s) regarding the navigation and the display of content. LANGUAGES Each course provided should be in English.
