The Corporate Planning & Execution team sits at the nexus of strategy and execution with the aim of providing executives the visibility they require to lead the company. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining Airbnb’s operating system. It also leads planning, execution, and monitoring of all initiates company-wide in support of the executive team. Responsibilities Accountable for maintaining the content and accuracy of the executive planning and monitoring tools Monitor corporate initiatives and identify risks and issues requiring executive involvement Chief of staff “like” responsibilities for the executive team including, supporting the logistics of recurring executive reviews, helping with presentation preparation, socializing critical deadlines and messaging Act as a connector between functions to support coordination Assist in developing and maintaining Airbnb’s operating system Support teams’ adherence to the operating system to ensure scalability and cross functional consistency Support the Senior Corporate Program Manager in developing the internal operating system for the Corporate Planning & Execution team Support the central planning process, including submission, prioritization, and approval process Support large cross functional programs Balance competing priorities and adjust resources as necessary Qualifications BA/BS degree. MBA preferred 5+ years project or program management experience and a successful track record of managing large projects spanning 4+ functions. Portfolio management is a plus Deep understanding and solid track record of successfully managing the intake, prioritization and execution of global projects Experience with design, tracking, and communicating performance metrics, e.g. OKRs Exceptional organizational skills, enthusiastic about organizational excellence, and meticulous attention to detail Experience in defining, implementing and improving processes, including demonstrable change management skills Experience synthesizing and communicating with various internal audiences, including e-suite An eye for detail and design in all deliverables. Above average common sense Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization Strong bias for action and sense of ownership Experience with project management, data visualization, and dashboarding tools San Francisco, United States
