We are a Serviced Accommodation/Airbnb managementbusiness based in London, and having 40 properties under management in a few blocks (and some standalone properties) in NW London(Kilburn), North London (Seven Sisters), Shoreditch and St Albans (Hertfordshire). We plan to expand more in the future 1) You will be working 4 days a week between 9am to 8pm, but be reasonably available on other days for calls and on our online chat system (Slack) to resolve issues, answer queries and emails 2) We are a tech company first, and property management company second. We are looking for someone who is tech savvy, is in favour of helping make our tech platform better and pushing for more data transparency and data capture of every step of the operations 3) You should be based in London, preferably near one of our property blocks 4) We are looking for someone with experience in Airbnb/serviced accommodation property managementProblem solving attitude and a "can-do" attitude is a must. Your role will be: •Supervise housekeeping and guest communication in your shift and ensure smooth running of business •Be a problem solver to solve issues faced by guests staying in various flats•Coordinate solutions using housekeeping team, and •You will be at times of high demand be asked for helping with housekeeping as well•Administrative responsibilities -inventory, housekeeping, preparing reports, raising and reconciling invoices •Work seamlessly with Housekeeping, Customer Service & Handyman teams •Liaise with property owners and their administrative teams to raise and solve issues•Dual-reporting to Operations Manager and Director Your typical day: 1) Your job will involve regular visits to each property site on daily basis –however you can use our office space in E14 (Canary Wharf) every now and then. You should be able to work from home for so 2) You need to do maintenance checks at regular intervalsto see if anything is wrong in the flats 3) Sometimes you need to assist the guests who will stay here and help during check-in process 4) Do a variety of administrative tasks linked to properties -like meter readings, filling out council tax, gas bill, electricity bills, setting up accounts of internet provider, parking registration, book pest-control, copy keys if needed, book handyman/electrician and supervise when they are working. You can expect many different new property management tasks to come upand you need to be a fast learner 5) We are a very technology based firm, and we need you to be good with your smartphone and various apps -you should be fully comfortable in sending emails to multiple people, writing clear English emails, messages, calling guests and various other people over phone and guiding them, talking with the government offices over phone, and various other such tasks. 6) Good level of English is required from you when you apply because of tasks abovePaid holidays: You will have28 days off each calendar year that you have to inform us at least 6 weeksin advance for.Remuneration & Growth Potential: We are a part of a growing business and you can expect a 10-15% bonus and a 10-20% pay rise after 1 year, and possibility of more senior managerial roles after 1 year completion
